Hi, I’m Tové Wood, an Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping people find confidence in their bodies — especially when living with POTS, Dysautonomia, or other chronic health conditions.
I believe exercise should meet you exactly where you are, adapting to life’s changing rhythms rather than forcing you to fit a mould.

My work blends clinical science, nervous system education, and gentle movement therapy, all grounded in evidence-based practice and years of experience supporting people through complex health journeys.

🌸 My Approach

The world can feel noisy and chaotic — and in the middle of it all, caring for ourselves often becomes the hardest thing to do.
That’s why, in every session or program I create, my goal is simple: to bring a sense of calm, clarity, and confidence back into your space.

I like to call it bringing sparkle — not glitter or glamour, but that quiet kind of joy that comes from feeling seen, supported, and capable again.
Each session is a space to step out of your normal day-to-day, reconnect with your body, and leave feeling just a little bit lighter — both physically and mentally.

Through my work, I combine science, structure, and empathy to make movement accessible for everyone:

  • 1:1 Exercise Physiology Sessions (Online): personalised support for a range of chronic conditions — from POTS and dysautonomia to fatigue, pain, and recovery-based goals.

  • The Evergreen Series: gentle, guided online programs that help you move safely at home and understand your body better through education and reflection.

  • The Dizzy Diaries Podcast: a blend of clinical insights and storytelling designed to make learning about chronic illness both engaging and empowering.

My Philosophy

Your body isn’t broken — it’s communicating.
When we slow down, listen, and move intentionally, healing and progress begin to unfold naturally.
My goal is to help you feel stronger, more capable, and connected to your body — no matter what season you’re in.
