Each session combines education, practical movement strategies, and pacing tools to help you navigate daily life and long-term goals with more ease and self-trust.

The Evergreen Series: The POTS Starter Program
This 3-week online program is your gentle introduction back into movement after a flare, or your first step toward structured exercise with dysautonomia.
Each week includes:
A short educational introduction
10–15 minutes of guided movement (bed, couch, or floor-based)
Two weekly focus tips
One reflective journal prompt
The program focuses on muscle activation, circulation, and nervous system regulation — helping you reconnect with your body safely, at your own pace.
