Who is this programme for?
This programme is designed for anyone with POTS or dysautonomia who is either coming out of a flare or starting (or restarting) movement from a gentler place. It’s suitable for beginners, for people easing back into exercise, and for anyone wanting guided, safe nervous-system-friendly movement.

Do I need special equipment?
No special equipment is required. All exercises are bodyweight-based and can be done at home with a mat or soft surface. If you prefer to use small props (like a cushion for support), you’re welcome to, but nothing is required.

How long do I have access to the course?
Lifetime Access: You’ll have access for the lifetime of the course—meaning as long as it remains hosted on my website. If the course is ever removed, you’ll be given 30 days’ notice with the opportunity to download your videos.

Can I do the programme at my own pace?
Yes! Even though the programme is structured in weekly sections, you can move through it at a pace that suits your body. The most important part is listening to your symptoms and adjusting as needed. Rest days, slowing down, or repeating a week are all completely okay.
