1. Access to the Program

• The Evergreen Series: POTS Starter Program is accessed through the Squarespace member platform.

• Lifetime Access refers to ongoing access for as long as the programme is available online. It means the lifetime of the course, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

2. Lifetime Access Clarification

• If the course is ever retired, restructured, or removed from the platform, you will receive 30 days’ notice.

• During those 30 days, you will be given the option to download the video files from a secure link for your personal use.

3. Intended Use

• This program is designed for education and gentle guided movement only.

• It is not a substitute for personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
